Craft Guild of Chefs

Doug Joined the team at Craft Guild of Chefs, at their hugely important Mentor day to sit on the Panel and discuss Sustainability in all areas of hospitality. Doug touched on the subject of sustainability of the chef, which had great response. Joining the like of Chantelle Nicholson and David Mulcahy, the subject of Mental Health in hospitality became a huge topic for the rest of the day.
