Pilot Light Founder and Brunswick House Chef Director, Andrew Clarke, sat down with The Staff Canteen to discuss mental health in the hospitality industry, the lifestyle of a chef and what the Pilot Light Campaign is all about. 

In this short video, Andrew talks about his early career and the lifestyle he lived at the time, speaking  openly and honestly about his desire to be a “rockstar”, and how this led to an excess of drink, drugs and the deterioration of his mental health.
